Macau 2013

7:42 AM

Macau is just an hour ferry boat trip from the harbors of Hong Kong. At first it was another plane trip until mom told me it's not that far away. WELL! Since it rained in HK, I was hoping for a little bit of sun because I easily miss the hot weather back home. But nah, it didn't.
Our first spot was an old church ruins. Along the way are markets that serves free samples of beef jerky. We kept on going back to free samples until the vendor noticed our abusive love for their jerky and so we were shooed and kept nagging in Chinese we couldn't understand.I guess they're not familiar with culture over appreciation. HAHAHAHHAA.

Just a few things I like about Macau: people who can understand English so damn well; vintage-looking high-end shops; KICKASS EGG TARTS AND BEEF JERKY THAT TAKES YOU TO ANOTHER UNIVERSE.
Lip-sync artists doing their acts.(creepy makeup)
My visit to MOD Design store!
And once again, I present you Portuguese Egg Tart!
Took a free ride to Cotai strip which is pretty similar to Las Vegas.Let this be a lesson: do not enter fancy hotels and casinos in slippers and pulubi torn shorts and people will return glares and stares that writes"what the fuck is she wearing why didn't the guard kicked her off?".Wait scratch that thought.NO ONE KNOWS YOU SO YOLO BE NAKED.
Convincing my mom and two other brothers one late night to cruise around the city seemed like forever(and my patience is not getting any younger) thus I took sightseeing as a challenge.alone.with no phone.in a large gambling city with the fog hovering above.Heaving a large sigh as I came back at the hotel still alive!

wow, now i miss egg tarts.
